Young people's health problem

Now many people find that a lot of students have health problems including short sight and obesity.
A survey conducted in 2006 shows that more than three quarters of senior high students in the country are short sighted and the figure for college students hit 83 percent.A recent data report form Ministry of Education,8 percent of urban Chinese children between the ages of 10 and 12 are obese, while another 15 percent are overweight.
There many reasons for the young people's health problem, such as homework mount, seats arrangement and sleeping hours. As we all know, the students have a lot of homework to do.More homework means less sleepint hours. So how coule we expect them to do more exercise in that situation. At the same time, the city full of crowds and modern architecture. It does not have enough room for playing and exercise. And also one family only has one child.      Considering of the child's security ,the parents don't let the child play outside.
What we can do with the problems is that the school and family encourage students to do more exercise and have less academic burden. Also we can provide scientific nutrition formula for the young people.
